30-Day Refund Policy We want you to shop with confidence at Avero. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligibility To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unread, unused, and in their original condition, sealed in their original plastic wrap.
• Items must include all original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Order Cancellations Orders may only be cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
