Processing Period

After your payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Method & Cost

We provide Standard Secured Shipping for every order:

Fee: $5.00
Estimated Delivery: 7–12 business days

Delivery estimates are approximate. Carrier delays, weather, or other unexpected issues may affect the actual arrival date.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free for all Avero Book Club VIP members.

Non-VIP customers can receive free shipping on orders over $80 USD. If your cart total is below $80, a flat shipping fee of $5.00 will apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please email us at support@buyavero.com within five business days after the anticipated delivery date.

We will coordinate with the carrier and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

To change or cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

Once the order has shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be made.
